2. How long will it take to receive my order?
All orders should be received within 7-10 business days unless the overnight shipping option is selected. Overnight orders must be placed prior to 3 p.m. CST.
3. ASDA’s latest released copies of the National Dental Board Exams for Part I and II are 2008. When will more recent copies become available?
The American Dental Association Department of Testing releases exams at their digression. There is not a release schedule or a way to predict when new exams will become available.
4. Does ASDA sell released exams for the Dental Admission Test (DAT) or the National Board Dental Hygiene Exam (NBDHE)?
No, ASDA only sells released copies of the National Dental Board Exam. For the DAT and NBDHE study material, contact the American Dental Association Department of Testing at 800-621-8099 ext. 2678.
5. Does my ADA membership qualify me for a discount on the NDBE reprints?
No, the individual placing the order must have a valid membership with ASDA to qualify for the member price.
6. How often are “ASDA’s Guide for Dental Students” and “ASDA’s Guide for Predental Students” published?
These handbooks are published every other year with 2011 being the current issue and 2013 as the following issue.
7. What is ASDA’s refund and/or exchange policy?
ASDA has a no refund, no return policy on all salable materials.
8. What are ASDA’s shipping fees on products?
Shipping on orders over $600.00 will be calculated after the order is placed. There will be two separate changes: one for the product and one for the shipping.

9. Can ASDA send products to my P.O. box?
ASDA does not ship to P.O. boxes within the continental United States.

11. What if I will be unavailable to provide a signature for my order shipped to my home address during the week?
If you wish to waive your signature on your package, please send an email to Orders@ASDAnet.org The e-mail must state that you wish to waive your signature, and by doing so you understand that ASDA is not liable if your package is lost or stolen. Please include your full name and order (number) in the e-mail. ASDA will not track your package if you waive your signature.
