A strategic plan determines where an organization is going over the next year or more and how it’s going to get there. In 2010, ASDA adopted a three-year plan. Download the 2010-2012 Strategic Plan for detailed information. Current goals include:
- Maintain and enhance member services to increase membership of predoctoral students to 88%
- Communicate value of ASDA and organized dentistry to key audiences, including dental students, predental students and dental school administrators
- Maintain and enhance member advocacy with key audiences, including legislative audience, dental school administration and other dental organizations
- Evaluate opportunities to generate non-dues revenue
- Provide leadership development opportunities
- Optimize governance and operations
