Responsibility for the administration and management of all association programs and activities is vested in the Board of Trustees.The Board of Trustees determines ad interim association policy in emergency situations between annual sessions of the House of Delegates, establishes ad hoc committees as required, and generally exercises all the powers inherent in the administrative body of any association or corporation.
