The registration fee is $100 and includes training, meals and transportation from the hotel to the Capitol. Chapters are responsible for booking their hotel rooms at the Hilton Crystal City.

What you can do at Lobby Day 2014:
- Learn about the issues that impact dental students
- Get training on how to lobby your lawmakers
- Develop lobbying strategies with other students
- Hear from a prominent keynote speaker
- Find out who won Ideal LGN Chapter and Legislative Liaison of the Year
- Visit with representatives and staff on Capitol Hill to lobby on behalf of dental students
- Take chapter photos on the steps of the Capitol
How do we set up appointments with members of Congress?
Your chapter should be finalizing their congressional appointments prior to Monday, March 31. Find your legislators’ contact information at www.house.gov or www.senate.gov and call them to schedule an appointment. For more information and instructions, visit the Lobby Day Appointments page. All appointments should take place on Tuesday, April 8 after 9:30 a.m. and should be entered in the online schedule by Friday, April 12.
