The registration package is $190 per person and includes:

  • Welcome reception on Sunday, April 26
  • Lunch and refreshments on Monday, April 27
  • Training sessions with political analysts and subject matter experts
  • Meeting materials
  • Breakfast on Tuesday, April 28

Register by 11:59 p.m. CST on Friday, March 27

Individual predoctoral or predental students:

  • Log into My ASDA in the top right-hand corner of the screen
  • Select “2020 Lobby Day – Individual Registration”
  • Each registrant will receive an automatic email confirming registration. If you do not receive a confirmation email within 24 hours of registering, please contact registration@ASDAnet.org

Chapter leaders may register members from their chapter as a group (there are no group discounts available):

  • Log into My ASDA in the top right-hand corner of the screen
  • Scroll down to the end of the page and select “Chapter Portal” 
  • Select “2020 Lobby Day - Group Registration” 
  • Each registrant will receive an automatic email confirming registration. If you do not receive a confirmation email within 24 hours of registering, please contact registration@ASDAnet.org

Appointments at the Capitol

Once you register, you will receive a confirmation email from registration@asdanet.org with a link to register for congressional appointments. You must register for your congressional appointment the same day you receive your confirmation email. Your Hill meetings will be scheduled for you either by your state or by the ADA Washington Office. You will receive more information about this after you complete both steps of the registration process. To ensure you receive a Congressional appointment, complete this registration no later than Tuesday, March 31. You will not be guaranteed an appointment if you register after this date.

 

Substitution and Cancellation Policies

To substitute or cancel your registration, download the Registration Update Form and submit your request via email to Meeting Planner Kerri Slezak.

  • Substitutions: Requests for substitutions will be accepted through Friday, March 27. Substitution requests received after March 27 cannot be accommodated.
  • Cancellations: Requests to cancel your registration must be received by Friday, March 27 to receive a full refund. Cancellation requests received after from March 28-April 18 will receive a 50% refund. Cancellations made on or after April 19 are not eligible for refund. Refunds will be made via the method that the registration was paid for.

Payment Policy  

Payment can be made by credit card or check. Registrations must be paid in full by Friday, April 10. Registrants who have a remaining balance after April 10 may be subject to cancellation. For any questions regarding payment, contact the Meetings Department at 312-440-2795 or via email.

  • To pay by credit card (Visa or MasterCard only), call 312-440-2795 Monday through Friday from 8:30 a.m. – 5 p.m. CST. 
  • If paying by check, make check payable to American Student Dental Association and mail to the following address. Please include a copy of the registration confirmation email with your payment:
