Individual predoctoral or predental students

Chapter leaders may register members from their chapter as a group. There are no group discounts available.

  • Scroll down to the end of the page and select “Chapter Portal.” 
  • Select “2019 Lobby Day Group Registration.” 
Appointments at the Capitol
Once you register, you will receive a confirmation email from registration@asdanet.org with a link to register for congressional appointments. It is imperative that you register for your congressional appointment the same day you receive your confirmation email. Your Hill meetings will be scheduled for you either by your state or by the ADA Washington Office. You will receive more information about this after you complete both steps of the registration process. To ensure you receive a Congressional appointment, complete this registration no later than Friday, March 15. You will not be guaranteed an appointment if you register after this date. 
 
Substitution and Cancellation Policies 
To substitute or cancel your registration, download the Registration Update Form and submit your request via email to Meetings Coordinator Kerri Slezak

  • Substitutions: Requests for substitutions will be accepted through Friday, March 15. Substitutions received after March 15 will be charged a $25 substitution fee. No substitutions will be accepted after Thursday, April 4.
  • Cancellations: Requests to cancel your registration must be received by Thursday, April 4 to receive a full refund. Cancellation requests received after April 4 are not eligible for refund. Refunds will be made via the method that the registration was paid for.
Payment Policy
Payment can be made by credit card or check. Registrations must be paid in full by Friday, March 29. Registrants who have a remaining balance after March 29 may be subject to cancellation. For any questions regarding payment, contact the Meetings Department at 312-440-2795 or via email.
