Registrations must be paid in full by Nov. 10. Registrants who have a remaining balance after Nov. 10 must provide proof of payment before being granted access to the conference and are not guaranteed registration materials.
ASDA regrets that refunds will not be given to no-shows. Substitutions are gladly accepted until Oct. 23. Substitution requests made after Oct. 23 are subject to a $25 substitution fee. Substitutions can be made by filling out this form and sending it to meeting planner Kris Okoskey.
All cancellation requests must be sent in writing to Kris Okoskey by Nov. 10 to receive a full refund, less a $25 cancellation fee. Cancellation requests received after Nov. 10 are not eligible for refund. Refunds will be made via the method that the registration was paid for.
