1. How do I place an order?

2. How long will it take to receive my order?

All orders should be received within 3-5 business days unless the overnight shipping option is selected. Overnight orders must be placed prior to 2 p.m. CST during regular business hours of Monday through Friday 8:30 a.m. to 5 p.m. CST.

3. ASDA’s latest released copies of the National Dental Board Exams for Part I and II are 2008. When will more recent copies become available? 

The American Dental Association Department of Testing releases exams at their discretion. There is not a release schedule or a way to predict when new exams will become available.

4. Does ASDA sell released exams for the Dental Admission Test (DAT) or the National Board Dental Hygiene Exam (NBDHE)? 

No, ASDA only sells released copies of the National Dental Board Exam. For the DAT and NBDHE study material, contact the American Dental Association Department of Testing at 800-621-8099 ext. 2678 or via email.

5. Does my ADA membership qualify me for a discount on the NBDE reprints?

No, the individual placing the order must have a valid membership with ASDA to qualify for the member price.
6. What is ASDA’s refund and/or exchange policy?
ASDA has a no refund, no return policy on all salable materials. There are no partial refunds given to regular or overnight orders delayed due to weather. 

7. What are ASDA’s shipping fees on products?

Shipping & handling fee is based on sending from the shipping location, Chicago, to the “ship-to” address you provide in your order, which is calculated and shown before you submit your order. If you have any questions regarding our shipping and handling, please contact the American Student Dental Association at 312-440-2795 during regular business hours of Monday through Friday 8:30 a.m. to 5 p.m. CST or by e-mail. Overnight shipping (available on U.S. orders only) is calculated based on the shipping address you provide. Overnight orders placed before 2 p.m. CST will be shipped same day. Anything ordered after that will be shipped the next day.

8. Can ASDA send products to my P.O. box?

ASDA does not ship to P.O. boxes within the continental United States or internationally.

9. What is the status of my order, and can I receive a tracking number?

10. What if I will be unavailable to provide a signature for my order shipped to my home address during the week?

If you wish to waive your signature on your package, please send ASDA an email. The e-mail must state that you wish to waive your signature, and that by doing so, you understand that ASDA is not liable if your package is lost or stolen. Please include your full name and invoice number in the e-mail.
