Virtual Leadership Conference Opportunities


While a lot has changed because of COVID-19, ASDA recognizes the importance of continuing to offer our members leadership training and professional development resources. While we cannot meet in person, ASDA’s first-ever Virtual Leadership Conference will feature exclusive educational content along with new ways for students to engage with sponsors.

ASDA invites you to put your products, services and post-graduation opportunities before hundreds of our most engaged members. As a VLC sponsor, you’ll be able to participate in a way that best suits your company during these unprecedented times.

In addition to the specific benefits outlined in the event prospectus, all sponsors will receive:

  • Brand Recognition: Logo and sponsorship recognition in conference engagement platforms including virtual education player, event website, presentation slides, mobile app, social media and email communications. 
  • Lead Generation: Pre- and post-event registered attendee contact details (includes mailing and email addresses, dental school and graduation year).

Sponsor Spotlight — $5,000 each (4 available)
This high-impact branding opportunity is part of our new virtual education platform. Take advantage of an exclusive spotlight during one of six available breakout sessions in our most popular tracks – Leadership Fundamentals and Career Planning.  Opportunity includes one exclusive 45-second commercial spot, provided by sponsor, to be played before the session begins.
Virtual Exhibit Booth  $1,500

Dedicated virtual booth space includes company listing (name, description, logo, website, social media profiles), contact persons listing (name, email, phone), live chat feature & reporting of chat conversations, digital media upload (videos, PDFs, white papers, brochures, etc…), post-event attendee reporting for booth traffic. 

Booth also features a 1:1 appointment scheduling tool with a customizable invite.  Use appointments to discuss recruitment opportunities, a new product release, or introduce yourself as a local representative. Dedicated time is set aside during the conference for 1:1 appointments and sponsors are invited to host appointments on a separate platform of their preference (Zoom, GoToMeeting, Microsoft Teams, etc…).

Social Media Post Series (three posts) $3,750 (limited availability)

ASDA’s Facebook and Instagram are the main communication drivers for VLC promotions and our virtual education platform will feature a live social media feed on the main landing page. Secure a three-post series leading up to this conference or in the two-week period following the event to reach out to our 90,000+ followers.

Posts can include a combination of Facebook in-feed, Instagram in-feed, and Instagram Story content with features such as “Swipe Up” capabilities or a countdown clock.

Attendee Email — $1,500

Work with our professional team to design an email reaching every conference attendee and launch leading up, during or immediately following our program. Audience segmentation is available by year in school and region.  Follow-up messaging to maximize your message for an additional $500 per campaign includes re-launching to unopened recipients or crafting a separate message to opened or clicked-through readers.

Take advantage of this alternative method to reaching our members by proving a discount code, free trial, interactive PDF, video, QR code or gift card as part of our virtual swag bag made available to attendees on the conference’s first day. Swag bag materials will be accessible from a dedicated digital platform and trackable so you can see who nabbed your swag.
