This session will offer an inside look at some common hurdles that new graduates may face in a practice setting and how you can overcome them. We’ll also discuss tips to start building a good rapport with colleagues on your first day and share advice on adjusting to your new clinical and office routine.

In this session, ASDA alum, Dr. Jennifer Giltner will share her insights about a career in orthodontics, from selecting a specialty to residency and practice. In this session, you will learn the importance of mentorship throughout all phases of your dental career, how to identify strong dental and leadership mentors and ways to cultivate a successful relationship with these individuals in person or virtually.
