In part I of the series, attendees will learn how select a mentor whose career goals align with theirs and what questions to ask in a job interview to assess a mentorship. Attendees will also hear about how to excel during the first two years of an associateship.

- Learn how to excel during their first 12-24 months as an Associate.
- Evaluate if the Dentist in Training (DIT) Program is the right fit for them.

Bianca Velayo, DMD
Bianca Velayo, DMD, is a 2015 graduate of Tufts University School of Dental Medicine and the owner of Green Valley Smiles Dentistry in Henderson, NV. Dr. Velayo is passionate about educating her patients on their dental conditions and empowering them to take control of their oral health. Lulu Tang, DMD
Dr. Tang is the owner of Sahara Health Group, a PDS-supported practice located in Las Vegas, Nevada, where she has partnered with owner-physician Elena Garcia, MD to improve the overall health of each of their patients by not only sharing clinical space but working collaboratively to address patients’ medical and dental needs holistically.
