How has ASDA helped you build your leadership skills?
ASDA helped me develop the ability to delegate tasks and work with large groups of people to accomplish a goal. Between planning events, conferences, fundraisers, and community service, ASDA has helped me become someone people can depend on and look to for help.

Accountability.

Why should members get involved with ASDA leadership positions?
ASDA gives members opportunities to network and establish relationships with other colleagues and peers. ASDA has given me the opportunity to advocate for dental students and build relationships with possible future employers.

What future leadership roles in organized dentistry interest you and why?
I would like to translate my work with ASDA into the ADA where I can continue to advocate for dentists and promote innovative dentistry.
