Prior to working with Ideal Practices, Stephen spent 10 successful years with one of the top dental specific lenders in the country providing specialized funding solutions for start-ups, expansions, and additional locations.

Stephen is happily married with three awesome girls!  Hobbies include, traveling to see family all over the country, golf and skiing anywhere he can find fresh powder!
 
Christian Pearson
Christian is Treloar & Heisel’s national director of dental partnerships. In this capacity, he oversees outreach to general dentistry programs throughout the country, through which he can deliver Treloar & Heisel’s specialized expertise. Founded in 1959, the firm has a solid reputation for quality products and its knowledge of the particular financial services needs of those in the medical and dental professions. Christian develops business symposia, lectures and other educational events to help launch students’ dental careers on a solid foundation.

Christian earned degrees in communications, business administration and economics from Eastern Illinois University. He and his wife Ann-Marie are both dedicated animal lovers and founders of a rescue program called Dogma. They live in Tampa, Florida, and have two daughters, Genevieve and Edith.
