While you can’t eliminate stress altogether, there are effective ways to reduce stress and regain control. Learn how managing stress can help you reduce its harmful effects, provide you with healthier ways to cope and prevent stress from spiraling out of control again in the future.

As a licensed clinical psychologist, Dr. Strokoff specializes in anxiety and depression commonly linked to life transitions such as moving, career changes, family conflict, or entering/progressing in a romantic relationship. Additional areas of expertise include helping clients gain emotional awareness and providing couple therapy. Dr. Strokoff provides presentations across the Chicagoland area on topics such as stress management, mindfulness, and romantic relationship communication skills.
