Hosting an ASDA Fever Week is key to opening students’ eyes to all the great benefits and opportunities available in ASDA, getting them involved in your chapter and building member engagement! The ASDA Fever Event Challenge is an opportunity for chapters to showcase their ASDA Fever programs, share ideas and help strengthen the ASDA chapter experience.

Guidelines

To apply, ASDA chapters are asked to submit:

  • A one page PDF application describing the chapter’s ASDA Fever programming
    • Example of the description content: event title, summary of the event and if the event was virtual, in-person or hybrid
    • 5” x 11”, minimum 11 font size, PDF Format
    • Pictures are encouraged but not required

How to Apply

Submit one page report through the submission form to ASDA.

Winner Information

The Council on Membership will review applications based on the written content and award the 1st, 2nd and 3rd place chapters. 1st place will receive $250, 2nd place $100 and 3rd place $50. The winning applications will be shared on the ASDA website and promoted in New Leader to assist chapter leaders with planning for future ASDA Fever events.

Timeline

July 6, 2022 – Applications open

October 4, 2022 – Applications close

October 2022 – Council on Membership reviews Fever Week Challenge Applications

November 2022 – Notification of application status including monetary award

December 2022 – Winning chapters highlighted on ASDA website and in New Leader
