• Do I need to be an ASDA member to attend Annual Session?

  Yes, you must be an ASDA predental or predoctoral member to attend. If you are not a member, join here. If you are unsure of your membership status, contact ASDA's Membership Department.

• Can I register onsite?

  No, onsite registrations will not be accepted. All members interested in attending the meeting must register by January 8, 2026.

• My school requires a registration invoice. How do I obtain one?

  If you selected “pay by check” in the registration form, an invoice will be sent by ASDA staff. For other inquiries, contact meetings@asdanet.org.

• Payment Policy

  Payment can be made by check, direct withdrawal from your chapter’s bank account or credit card. Registrations must be paid in full by Tuesday, January 13, 2026. Registrants who have a remaining balance thereafter may be subject to cancellation. For any questions regarding payment, contact the Meetings Department via email.

  • To have the payment withdrawn from your chapter's bank account or if paying via credit card (Visa or MasterCard), call 312-440-2795 Monday through Friday from 8:30 – 5 p.m. CST.
  • If paying by check, make check payable to American Student Dental Association and mail to the following address. Please include a copy of the registration confirmation email with your payment:

• Substitution and Cancellation Policies

  To substitute or cancel your registration, please download the Registration Update Form and submit your request to meetings@asdanet.org.

  • Substitutions: Requests for substitutions will be accepted through Tuesday, January 13, at no charge. Substitution requests received thereafter cannot be accommodated.
  • Cancellation: Requests to cancel your registration must be received by Tuesday, January 13, to receive a full refund. Cancellation requests received from January 14 - 20 will receive a 50% refund. Cancellation requests received after January 20 are not eligible for refund.

  Refunds will be made via the original method of payment. Refunds will not be given to no-shows.

• Emergency Refund Policy

  Refund requests due to weather and health related emergencies at the time of meeting may be eligible for a refund.

  Requests must be submitted in writing no later than 7 days past the first day of the meeting by emailing meetings@asdanet.org. No refunds will be given after that time. Refunds requests will be reviewed and approved at ASDA’s sole discretion. Refunds will be processed in the manner in which original payment was made.
