The 2020 Annual Session will be held March 4-7 at St. Louis Union Station:

Registration does not include a hotel room. Attendees are responsible for booking their own hotel room at ASDA’s authorized hotel, St. Louis Union Station. ASDA staff will not be responsible for assigning hotel rooms and roommates.

The cutoff date to reserve your hotel at the discounted meeting rate of $189.00++ for double/double rooms is Monday, Feb. 10. Check-in at St. Louis Union Station begins at 4 p.m., with check-out at 11 a.m.


Attendees must book their own travel to Annual Session. 

  • Arrive on Wednesday, March 4.     
    • If you plan to attend the Welcome Reception from 6-8 p.m., arrive by 5 p.m.
  • Depart on Sunday, March 8.
    • If you plan on running for the 2020-21 Board of Trustees, depart after 12 p.m.
    • If you plan on running for the 2020-21 Executive Committee, depart after 2 p.m.

Attendees flying into St. Louis should fly into Lambert-St Louis international Airport (STL). The airport is located 14 miles away from St. Louis Union Station.

You will find St. Louis Union Station right off of Market Street, where self-park and valet parking is available. Take Interstate 70 East and exit at Tucker Avenue. Follow Tucker for about 1 mile to Market Street and make a right turn. Follow Market Street to 18th Street and the hotel will be on the left. Valet parking is highly recommended and is available at the Main Grand Hall entrance on East-bound Market Street. If you chose to Self Park please do so behind Maggies O'Briens next to the hotel on 20th street and overflow is available in the South parking lot behind St. Louis Union Station (1 block away).

Parking fees are as follows with in/out privileges:  

  • Local Self-park: $16
  • Overnight self-park: $16
  • Valet parking: $30

ASDA does not reimburse for attendee parking.
