Annual Session Will Proceed In-Person

Based on all available information, Annual Session will take place in Minneapolis, Feb. 6-8. 

Travel and Transportation 

The following shuttle services will be provided for those attending Annual Session:

• Between Minneapolis-St. Paul International Airport (MSP) and the Hilton Minneapolis on Thursday and Sunday
• To and from Annual Session-affiliated events

Additional details will be provided by Friday, Jan. 30. 

Registration Flexibility and Refunds

We respect all member decisions regarding attendance. 

Members may cancel their Annual Session registration and receive a full refund. 

• Deadline to request a refund: Feb. 6
• Refunds will be processed by: Feb. 27
