Shuttle Details

ASDA will provide a complimentary shuttle service between Minneapolis St. Paul Airport (MSP) and the Hilton Minneapolis on Thursday and Sunday. Shuttle seats are available on a first-come first-served basis. Registered attendees should see their pre-event emails for shuttle details. Info will also be published in the Annual Session Event app when it is published the week of Feb. 2.

An additional shuttle service will be available for the Medpro affiliate event. These shuttles are being provided by Medpro and more info will be available onsite.

Yes, the Hilton Minneapolis provides 24/7 on-site security.

Will there be security for the Medpro affiliate event?

Yes, extra security has been requested at the event.

What transportation will be available?

ASDA is providing complimentary shuttle service between MSP and the Hilton Minneapolis on Thursday and Sunday.

What if I choose not to take the shuttle?

ASDA recommends using a rideshare service such as Uber or Lyft. ASDA recommends traveling with others when possible and always making others aware of your whereabouts.

Where is the affiliate event?

The affiliate event, sponsored by Medpro, will take place at Tom’s Watch Bar, 609 Hennepin Ave. ASDA recommends all attendees use the Medpro-provided shuttle service for the event.

How do I get around Minneapolis?

If you plan to explore outside the hotel, Minneapolis features and extensive skyway system. Each building’s skyway access hours will be dependent on that business’s hours. The Hilton Minneapolis Skyway access hours are 6:00 a.m. to 8 p.m. Monday-Friday and closed on Saturday and Sundays. Learn more here.
