Resolved, that ASDA’s Bylaws Article IV. Leadership, Section 3. National Leader be amended to read as follows:
Section 3. National Leader
National leaders are members of the association who serve on the Board of Trustees or any of its standing committees. National leaders Standing committee members are appointed by the Board of Trustees in accordance with the Standing Rules of the Board of Trustees.
