ASDA is pleased to offer NLC attendees rooms at the Hyatt Regency McCormick Place at a discounted rate of $263++ per night. This discounted rate applies to single through quad occupancy rooms.
Please note that registration does not include a hotel room and ASDA does not assign rooms or roommates. Attendees will be responsible for booking their own accommodations.

Payment and Check-In Details
Check-in at the Hyatt Regency McCormick Place begins at 3 p.m. CST, with check-out at Noon.
IMPORTANT CREDIT CARD INFORMATION: If the credit card used to reserve your room at the Hyatt Regency McCormick Place is not in your name or you will not be attending NLC, you will need to complete an
online credit card authorization form. This includes personal, chapter or university credit cards. This will ensure that you authorize the guests listed in your reservation to use the credit card on file to pay for their room during their stay.
Travel
Attendees are responsible for booking their own travel to Chicago. The conference begins at 8 a.m. CST, on Friday, November 22 and ends at 11:30 a.m. on Sunday, November 22. Please book your travel accordingly.
Flights
Midway International Airport (MDW) is about 10 miles from the Hyatt Regency McCormick Place. O’Hare International Airport (ORD) is about 19 miles from the venue. Taxis, various rideshare options and public transportation are available at both airports.
Public Transit
Using public transportation is a cost-effective way of getting from MDW or ORD to the Hyatt Regency. Please see below for train station information, payment options and routes.
