Resolved, that Article IV, Section 3, ‘Appointed Leader’ of the Bylaws be amended to read as follows:
ARTICLE IV LEADERSHIP
Section 3. National Leader
National leaders are members of the association who serve on the board of trustees or any of its committees. National leaders are appointed by the board of trustees in accordance with the Standing Rules of the Board of Trustees.
