This course explores practical strategies for building an intentional career in dentistry through the IGNITEDDS People–Process–Production framework. Participants will examine common career pathways, discuss approaches to developing collaborative relationships within the dental team, evaluate the role of technology in clinical workflows and patient communication, and identify strategies for long-term professional growth. The concepts presented are designed to help new dentists develop a structured approach to career planning and practice success.
